Mandeville had a huge selection of carefully curated beers, but they didn’t have a way to explore and sample without buying a full pint.
We recommended beer flights as a way for them to encourage customers to find new favorites and keep coming back for more.

How do you increase lunchtime traffic?
We devised a direct promotion targeting the lunch break crowd. Every business in a 1 mile radius received “Lunch Here” sacks with lunch menu, punch-cards, stickers, and $10 coupon.
Additionally, we helped develop a lunch combo menu with soup or salad, sandwich and a free flight of any beer.
These became a staple of their menu and, along with the lunch sack, solved their lunch problem.

To bring in a happy hour crowd, we recommended a series of small dishes and regular happy hour promotion.
We worked closely with Mandeville to develop the happy hour small plates menu. This menu was featured in an ongoing social media campaign and became a permanent fixture.

A press party launches the new brunch menu.
To increase weekend traffic, we recommended and worked with Mandeville to develop a brunch menu.
We created a invite-only brunch party to create buzz. The invited press members ensured word got out and the new brunch menu was a success.
