More than just a marketing campaign.
We reimagined Napa River’s market positioning and messaging for the business as a whole.
First, we examined multiple different customer types and conducted an audit of the company and its competitors. Then we developed clear, simple brand positioning that speaks to the core desire across all customer types: being prepared for risk so they can move their goals forward.
The new brand strategy was delivered in a comprehensive positioning deck that ensured all touchpoints, internal and external, were aligned to the new positioning.

How do you reach your audience?
The ad campaign was designed to put the viewer in situations where accidents happen. Instead of using cliché photography of people shaking hands, we put the viewer in the driver’s seat, the emergency room, and in the moment, amplified by a motion blur. Napa River enables the audience to move forward fearlessly past this stressful moment and stay focused on their goals even when accidents happen.
